Our History

Founded in 1999, WSI Enterprises began as a dedicated provider of wellhead services in the San Juan Basin, serving New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Texas. Over the years, we have expanded and thrived in an industry traditionally dominated by multinational corporations, growing through a commitment to operational excellence, agility, and trusted partnerships.

In 2011, WSI expanded into the Permian Basin, establishing an operating district in Hobbs, New Mexico to better serve our growing customer base. Our reputation for high-quality service, responsiveness, and industry expertise led to our acquisition by Scout Surface Solutions in 2024, further strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional wellhead solutions.

WSI is led by an experienced management team with expertise spanning independent oil and gas operations, major wellhead service providers, pressure pumping services, and rig operations. Together, WSI leadership boasts a diverse background of industry knowledge combining over 350 years of wellhead experience, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of technical expertise and field-proven solutions.
